Using Zoom for LIVE Group Fitness Classes - Tips, Tricks & Hacks JD and his colleagues have been teaching online group fitness classes since lockdown began. In this video he talks about the journey they have been on. He shares some online teaching tips and techniques, as well as Zoom tips for group fitness instruction. It took JD and his team a lot of trial and error to find the best way to use zoom for group fitness, but they got there in the end! They are online fitness heroes - keeping the rest of us fit and motivated during difficult time. This video is less about the technology and more about what is really important if you want to be a great group fitness instructor while working virtually. This conversation is a follow on from a MASSIVE post and video I created earlier this year. In that, I focused on the different equipment you could use to stream live online classes over platforms like Zoom and Skype. 7.40 is a klezmer tune from Odessa, sometime called Train 7.40. In this fiddle lesson I tell some of the story behind the tune, then show the basic melody with on-screen sheet music.
