Sometimes you just have to learn to embrace the grind and fight through to reach your end goal. When attacking the task of getting my first muscle up during 15.3, I failed repeated, rep and rep, for over 9 minutes. Coach Gus just kept telling me "once you feel yourself getting on top, you just have to fight through that discomfort and hold on! Then you will have it!". And he was definitely right. This can carry over into any obstacle your trying to get past: there will be times where you are uncomfortable, but learning to dig deep and get through them is the only way to get where you want to be.
